What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help teams adopt AI and better ways of working through practical coaching, clear workflows, and cross-functional delivery. I value environments where I can translate between business and engineering, build trust, and turn experimentation into reliable practice.

I've driven AI adoption at LUY GmbH across two cross-functional teams, turning colleagues who had opted out of Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT into regular users through coaching and hands-on enablement. I design practical AI workflows, prompts, skill files, and GPT configurations, and help teams turn emerging AI capabilities into deliverable work.

At MBition GmbH (Mercedes-Benz), I coached distributed Scrum and Kanban teams across Berlin and Sofia, strengthened cross-team collaboration through SAFe communities of practice, and used Cycle Time and Throughput to improve transparency and performance. At Newport News Shipbuilding, I supported Agile transformation, led SharePoint modernization and SAP S/4HANA upgrade work, and translated complex technical processes into training and communications for thousands of employees.

I also build products independently, including Bürokratik, a Claude API document-processing application for German official letters. My work combines change management, agile delivery, workshop facilitation, and practical AI fluency to make new ways of working trusted and usable.

Scoped, built, and tested Bürokratik solo: a Claude API document-processing application in React and Vite that reads pasted text, PDFs, and photographed German official letters, classifies document type, extracts deadlines, and generates specific next steps. Currently building Helm, a project management command center in TypeScript, and Rogue, a practice environment for agile coaches.
