I also facilitate ART-level alignment for roughly 80 engineers through PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums.
Previously at Publicis Sapient, I delivered a €300K SAP Master Data Governance programme on time and on budget, preventing a projected 6–8 week delay through risk management, collaborative planning, and stakeholder alignment. I build practical Agile operating models, coach product and engineering leaders, and use Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, dashboards, and AI-assisted delivery to create clearer, more predictable outcomes.
