I’m interested in the Engagement and Ownership Culture Senior Manager position at Cotiviti, where I can bring my experience connecting people, programs, and purpose to employee engagement and culture initiatives.

At Grainger, I managed enterprise employee engagement, inclusion, recognition, and community initiatives with HR, Communications, business leaders, and Employee Resource Groups. These programs contributed to 23,000 volunteer hours in 2024, and I managed the Matching Charitable Gifts program, overseeing more than $3 million annually.

I co-led Grainger’s CyberGrants implementation and served as its subject matter expert, supporting platform enhancements, training, process improvements, and reporting. I also created a STEM Literacy volunteer program across 12 U.S. markets and developed employee feedback surveys to evaluate programs and guide continuous improvement.
