What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate operations, schedules, documentation, and cross-functional communication while helping teams move work from planning through completion.

I run end-to-end operations for Sonder Space Coaching, managing client communication, scheduling, digital workflows, service delivery, Stripe billing, and organized client records.

I also conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, track action plans, and create individualized plans that help clients address barriers, regulate stress responses, and make meaningful changes.

At Compass, I coordinated services, appointments, documentation, and stakeholder communication for families while supporting the successful reunification of 102 families. I also onboarded employees and trained them on workflows, documentation expectations, and client-service practices.

My work at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and Richard Young Behavioral Health Center strengthened my event coordination, research, survey development, data organization, group facilitation, and accurate records management across changing priorities.
