What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a student services, administrative support, or client services role where I can coordinate records, communication, resources, and responsive support for students, clients, families, and community partners.

I'm currently supporting Curo Consulting and Counseling by managing billing, records, client inquiries, nonprofit funding documentation, and a database of 50+ community organizations and referral partners.

At West Springfield High School, I've supported students, families, teachers, and administrators since 2014. I maintain student records and schedules, mentor 2–3 students annually, and coordinate communication and logistics for approximately 30 student-athletes.

At Hopelink Behavioral Health, I provided outreach, intake, orientation, scheduling, documentation, and ongoing support for a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients. I also facilitated 3+ skill-teaching groups daily while coordinating with clinical staff.

Across education, behavioral health, and wellness coaching, I bring organized records management, responsive communication, and student- and client-centered support. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University.
