I support founders, executives, and small teams as a freelance Executive Virtual Assistant, taking care of calendars, inboxes, travel logistics, and administrative operations.
I design and deploy Zapier workflows that connect client CRMs, email, and Slack to route leads, sync data, and reduce manual copy-paste work.
I manage client inboxes end to end, from sorting and prioritizing messages to responding. I also coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials in advance.
I plan travel itineraries and conduct market, competitor, and product research to support client decision-making. I work remotely with flexible hours across time zones and am available hourly, on a weekly retainer, or per project.
