What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven team where I can own CRM and fundraising operations, translate donor data into clear insights, and keep shipping practical software—while using AI to improve speed, quality, and follow-through.

I’m a development and operations professional who improves how nonprofits raise and steward support—by pairing hands-on CRM administration with clear communication. I’ve led organization-wide technology migrations, including moving from Salesforce to Bloomerang, and training teams to adopt new workflows confidently.

In my most recent role as a Development Associate, I implemented Monday.com for project management, set up and administered Qgiv for donor campaigns and event registration, and introduced AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up donor communications and routine grant-related writing. I also maintained donor databases of 10,000+ records and produced reports that support stewardship and decision-making.

Earlier, as a Grant Associate, I researched funding aligned with program and community impact goals, prepared grant proposals and compliance reports, and tracked submissions against deadlines and funder requirements. As a Data Analyst (contracted), I supported customers while analyzing call data for a team of 20, then built visualizations to surface trends and performance improvements.

Beyond operations, I’m a self-taught developer who builds full-stack applications and AI agent systems. My projects include an open-source messaging app (Vesper) and an open-source Claude memory system that adds persistent, topic-based recall for AI coding agents.
