What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a development role where I can own donor communications and stewardship, run CRM-backed workflows, and partner with leadership to grow major gifts and high-performing donor outreach.

I’m a Development Manager for Fielding Graduate University, where I shape year-end donor outreach with student testimonial messaging, segment by donor interest, and support engagement strategies that grew a major gift from $10K to $20K. I also draft executive briefing materials and donor communications for the Marie Fielder Center, including sponsorship outreach.

Before that, I led donor engagement as a Donor Engagement Supervisor at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, processing 600+ credit card gifts in RNL Engage while supporting matching gifts and ensuring pledge fulfillment. Earlier, I worked as a Technology Consultant at UC Berkeley Technology Services, resolving wired/wireless/VPN and security issues and documenting ServiceNow tickets.
