What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual Instructional Coach and early childhood education professional development trainer who helps educators and families reach clear goals through coaching, data-informed feedback, and practical, creative solutions. In my current role with Baker Ripley Head Start, I mentor and coach 33 teachers, run cluster trainings for new staff, and implement classroom observation and feedback using a Best Practice Coaching Model.
I also bring strong family development experience—managing 48 families, supporting recruitment and daily data entry, and providing resources and referrals for wellness, education, and mental health. Earlier, I coached 19 early childhood educators across private, public, and home-based settings and supported assessment review and Quality Improvement Plans, while also delivering customer support and crisis intervention experience and conducting comprehensive assessments to identify child and family needs.
