What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a document-focused role where I can own high-volume workflow accuracy, run quality checks, review incoming claims, and share clear status insights—while collaborating with auditors and operations teams.

I’m an exceptional and analytical document specialist with experience supporting high-volume operations where accuracy and teamwork matter. I bring a practical, detail-first approach to managing documentation while staying focused on improving how work moves from intake to resolution.

I manage document workflows end-to-end, including processing, quality assurance, and strict adherence to internal procedures. I also conduct incoming claim reviews, assign statuses, organize data, ensure accuracy, and route files to auditors.

I analyze data trends across documents and systems to provide updates on status, claims routing, efficiency, inventory, and volume to relevant teams. My work is grounded in consistency—correcting errors early and keeping stakeholders informed with clear, actionable progress signals.

Outside of document work, I’ve led customer-facing operations as a Lead Barista, coordinating daily workflows and resolving customer questions with precision across 4500+ customers daily. I’ve directed shift operations for a team of baristas, improved productivity by 27% through better task coordination, maintained inventory records, and supported process efficiency through organized scheduling and administrative work.
