I’m looking for a patient-centered role where I can combine administrative excellence with medical billing and coding—handling registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and documentation with HIPAA compliance, accuracy, and efficient revenue-cycle support.

I’m an administrative professional with 10+ years of experience in high-volume, client-facing environments, and I bring a strong foundation in scheduling, documentation accuracy, and confidential information handling. I’m currently completing a Medical Billing and Coding program at Central Virginia Community College.

At Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital, I greet patients and visitors and support check-in through insurance-ready registration, patient information, and scheduling coordination. I focus on patient-centered, efficient service while helping ensure accurate records and smooth day-to-day operations.
