I am a passionate liberatory learning practitioner-activist with a strong commitment to fostering educational equity and social justice. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Education and extensive experience in program development, I have dedicated my career to creating inclusive and transformative learning environments. My work centers around elevating youth voices, advocating for gender liberation, and implementing anti-oppressive practices within educational systems.
As the Founder and Director of Twalo, I lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting and training initiatives aimed at empowering marginalized communities. My experience includes collaborating with educational institutions to design trauma-informed curricula and facilitate workshops that promote radical embodiment and community engagement. I have successfully managed significant budgets and led strategic initiatives that enhance student empowerment and retention, ensuring that all students feel a sense of belonging and support.
