What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead curriculum alignment, coach teachers, design PD, and advance trauma-informed, equitable instruction.

I am an instructional coach and former secondary social studies teacher with a strong background in curriculum design, teacher development, and trauma-informed education. I hold a Doctor of Education focused on Traumatology and have led initiatives to align instruction to high-quality, standards-based materials.

I have experience developing pre-service teacher programs, mentoring new teachers, conducting observations with actionable feedback, and training staff to use data for interventions and differentiated instruction. My classroom background includes designing accessible courses for multilingual learners and students with diverse academic and social-emotional needs.

I collaborate with school leadership, districts, and universities to create articulation agreements, advisory committees, and professional development that drive equitable student outcomes. I prioritize culturally responsive practices, restorative approaches, and implementation of accountability measures to improve teaching and learning.
