With over 10 years of experience in education, I have honed my skills as a versatile educational leader, specializing in adult learning, instructional coaching, and professional development. My journey has equipped me with the ability to design inclusive training programs and facilitate staff development that fosters growth, equity, and engagement. I am passionate about applying my people-centered leadership approach to a corporate Learning and Development environment.

In my current role as Assistant Principal at Two Bunch Palms Elementary, I have successfully designed and delivered professional development to over 50 educators, significantly improving engagement and alignment with our site goals. My commitment to equity is evident through my leadership on the district LGBTQIA+ Alliance, where I advocate for equitable policies and practices. I have also secured grants to enhance instructional materials and innovation, demonstrating my ability to manage initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration effectively.

Throughout my career, I have facilitated professional development focused on equity and culturally responsive teaching, partnered with administration to align training goals with school improvement priorities, and led collaborative lesson studies to refine instructional practices.
