What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote, worldwide B2B contract work helping service businesses measure real leads from their advertising, with careful tracking and RGPD-compliant handling of data.

At elimarpena.com, I help service businesses measure which Google Ads and Meta campaigns bring real clients. In one case, Meta Ads reported 147 leads for a book promotion; the actual count was zero.

I implement Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tags, and audit tracking setups for duplicated or misfiring events and lost data. I also configure Consent Mode v2 and consent management platforms so consent is communicated, not just displayed.

When a client needs it, I add server-side tracking with Stape and provide clear monthly reports in Looker Studio. My work includes special care with RGPD compliance and health data, including Article 9.
