What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role in corrections, training, or fingerprint analysis where I can lead programs, mentor staff, and contribute to rehabilitation and public safety.

I am a corrections and criminal justice professional with broad experience in supervision, training, and rehabilitation. I have worked across adult and juvenile settings, serving as a lead officer, training officer, probation officer, and fingerprint analyst.

I develop and implement programs, conduct group and individual counseling, and document case progress for courts and treatment plans. I am AFIS and Henry/Numeric class certified, experienced with Livescan agencies, and skilled in fingerprint analysis and clerical fingerprint processes.

I emphasize safety, de-escalation, and building rapport to reduce recidivism while training new hires and supervising staff to ensure compliance with policy and law.
