At the US Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, I conducted complex workplace investigations into allegations of discrimination and other employment law violations. I gathered and reviewed evidence, interviewed witnesses, and prepared investigation reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
As a Program Analyst, I oversaw investigation activities across regional cases and presented findings and recommendations to senior leadership. I also developed SOPs and coaching resources to standardize investigation documentation and improve audit readiness.
Earlier, as a Correctional Officer with the US Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, I coordinated responses to incidents and investigations and documented corrective actions. I hold an M.A. in Professional Counseling from Concordia University and a B.A. in Psychology from Tougaloo College.
