I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with 38 years of experience across a wide range of fields, including 25 years of military service. I bring a consistent, goal-oriented approach—grounded in rules, discipline, and measurable outcomes—to support organizational growth and success.

As a Correctional Probation Officer with the Florida Department of Corrections, I maintain order, discipline, and security in accordance with relevant rules, policies, and laws. I conduct offender home visits, enforce probation policies and procedures, write Violations of Probation with recommendations for punishment, and resolve problems by counseling offenders. I also supervise or perform searches to locate contraband such as weapons or drugs, and I work closely with local law enforcement agencies.

Previously, as a Crime Intelligence Technician with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, I supported the Northeast Florida Fusion Center by preparing Crime Intelligence Bulletins, coordinating intelligence distribution among law enforcement partners, and using law enforcement databases daily for vetting. Earlier, as an Operations Specialist with the 42nd Civil Support Team, I supported unit operations as an Advanced Liaison Vehicle lead, briefed Incident Commanders on CBRN vulnerability analysis, used ARC/GIS to produce hazard assessments, and coordinated extensive training scenario development.
