What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can manage cases and records, support smooth office operations, and coordinate with teams to ensure client well-being—leveraging my administrative strengths and experience in security and refugee-focused environments.

I bring hands-on experience in case management, administrative support, and security operations—focused on keeping clients well cared for while maintaining precise, audit-ready documentation. In office and case workflows, I’ve managed daily operations like filing, scanning, recordkeeping, appointment scheduling, and calendar updates, while inputting data into computer systems with strong attention to accuracy.

I’ve also led and supported teams in high-stakes environments, including supervising community liaison and order support roles for refugees and evacuees, training arrival-processing procedures, and coordinating with partner organizations. Alongside that work, I developed a disciplined approach to risk mitigation, policy compliance, and incident documentation, and I’m continuing to expand my technical toolkit with data analytics coursework and skills in HTML, CSS, and Git.
