I currently serve as a Correctional Lieutenant with TDOC, supervising 17 staff and 1,000 inmates across 12.5-hour shifts.
I improve institutional security and efficiency by developing inventory and tracking processes for more than 7,000 keys across three institutions and 560 armory and staff-assigned equipment items. I also collaborate with vendors and Program Specialists to identify security issues and maintain continuity.
I've led staff development through S.M.A.R.T. evaluations, adjudicated disciplinary incidents while protecting due-process rights, and built Excel workbooks and macros to reduce redundant work. I'm looking for challenging, structured work that welcomes creative input, productive critique, ongoing learning, and work-life balance.
