Designed and implemented effective workforce planning strategies and a project focused on organizational structure, job design, and salary structure for a 500+ employee organization. Led and conducted performance management systems using SAP SuccessFactors, integrating KPI and OKR frameworks.

Managed the full cycle of recruitment within the technology and IT division, including shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coordinated communication with candidates and scheduled interviews, handling all recruitment activities from screening applicants to conducting competency-based interviews.

Organized sales meetings with companies in various sectors and created strategies to expand the current portfolio. Managed customer portfolios to drive business development initiatives.

Participated as an international internship volunteer, training primary school students on tolerance, ecology, sports, arts & crafts, and cultural diversity. Taught English at a basic level as part of the 'Life Without Borders' national project.
