Conducted interviews with courier candidates across Ankara and managed all interview processes. Responsible for collecting and reporting suitable courier profiles, directing couriers, and checking personnel files.

Managed screening and recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar candidates, including salary determination and offer presentation. Oversaw the in-company ISKUR On-the-Job Training Program and prepared monthly/daily reports for management.

Managed personnel records, SGK entry/exit processes, and recruitment/termination procedures. Responsible for payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and organizing HR documents.

Assisted in Social Media Marketing, Research Methods, and Operations Management courses. Served as Business Faculty Social Media Coordinator and supported students with course selection and guidance.
