I am a dedicated Human Resources Chief with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various industries. My journey began at Kocaeli University, where I studied Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. Since then, I have taken on pivotal roles in organizations such as Orhan Holding and Matay Automotive, where I led HR initiatives that significantly improved employee experience and engagement.
