I’m a Trust & Safety Team Leader with extensive experience in content moderation and day-to-day operational support, currently leading and mentoring a team of content moderators to meet company policies, SLAs, and quality standards. I’m known for clear communication across teams and for building a positive, collaborative environment where people can perform at their best.

Before stepping into leadership, I moderated user-generated content from 2021 to 2025 in Greek, English, and German—escalating sensitive cases and supporting policy improvements through trend monitoring and content analysis. Earlier in my career, I managed e-commerce order preparation, customer support, product listings, invoicing, and shipping documents, and I’ve also developed a creative practice through decorative design and custom artwork.
