I’m a public health bridge counselor focused on improving Hepatitis C outcomes through linkage-to-care, patient education, and consistent follow-up. I independently managed regional programming, delivering evidence-based prevention and harm-reduction guidance while guiding clients through curative treatment.

I provide care coordination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders. I support sustained engagement by maintaining program tracking and outcome monitoring, including SVR12 completion and re-engagement of out-of-care clients.

I strengthen access to treatment through needs assessments, referrals, and collaboration across hospitals, correctional centers, substance abuse treatment programs, public health agencies, and community-based organizations. I also maintain detailed medical records and ensure quality assurance and reporting through careful documentation, communication, and data tracking practices.

Beyond public health, I bring a healthcare and compliance background from insurance and patient care roles, where I assisted policyholders and members with claims, pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and coverage questions while protecting sensitive information under HIPAA/privacy requirements. I also supported scientific workflows as a Cytology Clinical Lab Instructor/Lab Assistant III, training technicians and processing specimens for microscopic examination in a safety-first environment.
