I’m looking for a role in healthcare operations or care coordination where I can lead ECM workflows, improve referral and follow-up rates with data-driven documentation, and ensure CALAIMS/HCS/Medi-Cal compliance while partnering with providers and clinical teams.

I’m an MPH-trained public health professional currently serving as an ECM Supervisor at Whole Care Solutions, overseeing ECM office operations while ensuring compliance with CALAIMS, HCS, and Medi-Cal. I manage provider workflows, documentation quality, and staff performance, building strong relationships across primary care organizations, specialists, hospitals, behavioral health, and community agencies.

Previously, I supported referral and access workflows at Primex Clinical Laboratories by reviewing referrals and prior authorizations to ensure payer compliance, accurate documentation, and revenue cycle efficiency.
