What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into clinical research operations where I can apply my regulated documentation, data accuracy, and discrepancy review skills. I want a compliance-driven team and the chance to support traceable reporting and continuous process improvement.

I’m a Biology graduate with progressive experience in regulated healthcare and laboratory environments, building a strong foundation in documentation integrity, data accuracy, and traceability. I maintained accurate laboratory records in the Connexis Cloud LIS system to support compliance and timely clinical operations, trained staff on documentation and workflow requirements, and audited clinical data and laboratory records for accuracy against CLIA, DHEC, and CARF standards.

In my current regulated case environment, I review benefit, billing, and claim-related records to triage issues, investigate discrepancies, document findings in internal systems, and coordinate follow-up across teams to support timely resolution. I also support onboarding and peer guidance, and I’ve used Virtual Tank Think insights and engagement data to create and distribute monthly reports and identify team focus areas—bringing quality-focused documentation, issue resolution, and reporting strength to clinical research operations.
