At THE HARRIS CENTER FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND IDD, I develop individualized service plans and coordinate logistics across healthcare, employment, and housing sectors. I use EPIC EMR for compliance monitoring, data collection, and service usage reports.
At THE ENRICHMENT CENTER, I led public health education sessions on Substance Use Disorder and wellness. I also supported treatment planning and program evaluation through qualitative data collection and monthly audits.
At THE P.E.E.R.S FOR HOPE HOUSE, I assessed patient needs and collected data to identify people for targeted overdose prevention interventions. I facilitated support groups and educational workshops for 50+ participants and documented patient information in EPIC EMR.
My public health work also includes pandemic screening and surveillance at EXECUTEAM, as well as projects to improve community engagement and fire and life safety education. I hold a Master of Public Health in Community Health from Baylor University.
