What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data-focused role where I can improve AI/customer experiences through analysis, automation, and stakeholder coordination—while continuing to learn and raise team performance in a creative, collaborative environment.

I’m a Data Associate who brings a creative, high-ownership work ethic to improving AI responses and operational performance. I train with teams to strengthen AI outputs and always look for ways to think outside the box.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Care Agent, handling everything from data entry of orders to stakeholder management across warehouses and suppliers, while resolving aftersales issues. I work in both English and Dutch within a Benelux team to deliver clear, reliable support.

I’ve also led cross-team initiatives as an Online Content Moderator, overseeing the appropriateness of content published on the platform. Alongside moderation, I’ve supported projects to optimize and automate processes—so I’m comfortable working with data and driving improvements.

Earlier roles strengthened my ability to communicate, manage stakeholders, and deliver results—whether as a Creative Copywriter, a Japan Tailormade Specialist using GDS tools, or an Assistant Language Teacher focused on lesson planning and time management. I was also nominated for a ByteStyle Award, and I keep building my skills through ongoing certificates.
