What I'm looking for

I seek a hospitality or teaching role where I can apply multilingual communication, guest service, and front‑desk/teaching skills while growing professionally.

I am a hospitality professional with experience as a bellboy, PBX agent, and room attendant, combined with English teaching experience for non‑speakers. I bring consistent, guest‑focused service from roles at international hotels and a government internship.

At Excelsior Hotel and Hilton Hotel I met arriving guests, handled belongings, and maintained a welcoming lobby presence; currently I forward and route calls accurately as a PBX agent at The Ritz-Carlton. These roles developed my communication, multitasking, and security awareness.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with Japan Studies and completed a short program in Japanese language and culture in Tsukuba; I have also participated in Conversation Club Leadership Training. I am certified/learning in IT fundamentals (CompTIA ITF+/Tech+) and have Opera PMS familiarity.

I am motivated to grow in hospitality and teaching, improving my skills in guest services, front desk operations, and English instruction while contributing reliability, patience, and cross‑cultural communication to my next employer.
