At Juspay, I own cloud infrastructure and payments products, including a self-serve provisioning platform with 1-click automation across 400+ resource types that reduced deployment time by about 95%.
I'm also driving a FASTag issuer switch for a customer bank, shaping flows from tag issuance through payments and defining User Access Management, an Operations Dashboard, and SSO login. I lead a 15-person SRE and SDE pod from discovery through launch, turning operational and compliance needs into prioritized PRDs.
