I am an administration and learning professional with eight years' experience across customer experience, workplace management and multicultural relationship building. I have supported high-volume, secure visa application operations while managing helpdesk and resource allocation.

In my recent role I oversaw premium and priority visa application processes, coordinated secured web-based interviews and biometrics assessments, and supported service line managers with data entry and analysis—archiving large volumes of operational data weekly.

Earlier I taught and developed learning materials for primary and secondary students, delivering lesson planning, mentorship and educational resources for classes up to 60 pupils. I bring strong organizational, secretarial, communication and public-speaking skills, and fluency in English, Hausa and Ibibio.
