As a freelance Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative, I support independent clients and small brands with customer-facing email and live chat. I keep replies clear, courteous, and on-brand.

I triage client inboxes by filtering spam, grouping threads, and prioritising inquiries so urgent messages are answered first. I also set up booking links and manage appointment calendars.

I enter, clean, and standardise business logs in Google Sheets. To support client branding, I design graphics in Canva and edit short-form videos in CapCut.

I’m looking to apply customer-service standards to evaluating AI responses, including order inquiries, delivery updates, and issue-resolution scenarios. I assess replies for accuracy, relevance, clarity, completeness, and tone, and suggest practical improvements.
