I audit HubSpot CRM pipelines for data integrity and governance, and I build the automated billing systems those pipelines feed into—catching errors before they reach a client.

When duplicate records and unrestricted access exposed pipelines to billing errors and fraud, I audited records and put in tiered approval governance with field-level fraud locks (like Amount and Close Date).

I also create executive compliance dashboards in HubSpot (including pending approval, stalled deals, and suspicious fast-close) and keep access restricted to Super Admins so reporting doesn’t rely on manual updates.

On the billing side, I’ve designed invoice property architecture to remove manual tax math and invalid entries at the field level, and I’ve built deal-stage-triggered workflows that auto-generate and email native invoices when required properties are present.
