At VDT Technologies, I manage Microsoft 365 environments supporting 250+ users across four organisations. I administer licensing, user accounts, groups, permissions, and day-to-day services across multiple client environments.
I completed email migrations for two organisations from POP3/IMAP to Exchange Online and migrated approximately 1 TB of organisational data to SharePoint Online. I also supported organisation-wide Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 deployments, helping users with setup and access.
I troubleshoot Windows, network, and end-user issues, and prepare and deploy new devices. I document support requests in Spiceworks and use Teamviewer, Anydesk, and other remote-support tools to investigate issues and verify resolutions with users.
