At TripleTen Inc. / Nebius Group, I coordinate purchasing, vendor and contractor operations across Finance, Legal, Compliance and HR. I approve purchase requests, prepare contract documents, and keep invoices and approvals moving.
I’ve handled 2,200+ operational cases since April 2025 and maintain aligned records for 1,000+ contractors across several countries. I also redesign workflows and SOPs to reduce manual follow-up and clarify ownership.
Previously, as Deputy Director of Operations at Herzen University Hotel, I led a 25-person team and delivered a two-floor renovation while the hotel remained open. I also owned the annual operating budget and negotiated supplier contracts; earlier, at Ru.Sea Ltd, I coordinated cross-border documentation and partner communication.
