I’m an IT professional with a career expanding more than 15 years, specializing in Messaging and Collaboration technologies. I focus on secure, reliable email systems across Exchange, Skype, SharePoint, and SMTP, with strong hands-on capability in Office 365 and Azure.

Over the years, I’ve led technical architecture and roadmap efforts, including a decade-long leadership tenure where I successfully led a team of 20 full-time employees. I’ve managed systems end-to-end—designing, implementing, and monitoring infrastructure—while keeping a constant emphasis on redundant and scalable systems.

As an Email Security Engineer / SOC-focused SME, I implement security strategies and serve as the company’s go-to expert for all email-related security. I handle MDR Management and Monitoring, and I support infosec/cybersec projects with audit-aligned processes.

I’m also known for improving operations through automation, having authored numerous infrastructure projects aimed at streamlining repetitive tasks. Whether it’s on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments, I bring disciplined patching, configuration management, and deep email deliverability expertise to improve uptime, compliance, and day-to-day outcomes.
