Eileen Schroeders

I co-founded Schroeders Youth Climate Activism Group in Dortmund, developing communication strategies and digital storytelling to strengthen youth engagement and environmental justice work.

As a Local Coordinator at STS Education, I coordinated communication across students, host families, schools, and institutional partners in international exchange programmes. I managed stakeholder relationships, reporting, logistics, compliance tracking, and conflict resolution in a fast-paced remote environment.

My work as a museum educator, published author, and sustainability student has strengthened how I translate complex cultural, historical, and climate topics into accessible, human-centred communication. I combine editorial writing, public engagement, systems thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration to make sustainability meaningful and actionable.
