Built the 'dark factory' engineering system for an AI-native dating platform, with autonomous overnight loops that review PRs and refresh a shared knowledge base. Cut spec-to-production cycle time by establishing an agent-first engineering OS with planning loops and verification protocols.

Rebuilt a stalled macOS product from an empty repo and shipped to millions of users, solo, after a two-year multi-person effort failed. Delivered a native desktop companion with persistent animated character, text and voice chat backed by AI inference.

Product leader at a counter-disinformation company serving the Department of Defense and other major clients. Took the company from zero revenue to signed enterprise contracts and a $4.5M pre-seed raise, and set the roadmap for LLM and knowledge-graph threat detection.

Led product operations for a $9M+ ARR enterprise support intelligence platform built on NLP and ML. Drove $1M+ in incremental ARR across three revenue-generating products and cut time-to-ship by redesigning the product development lifecycle.
