I’ve been selected as part of the initial FamilyBoost implementation team, and I actively support customers during rollout by applying the Child Support Act 1991 to assess eligibility, liabilities, and caregiving arrangements.

I bring experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound enquiries using tools like IRD’s START system to record decisions and ensure legislative compliance. I’m trained in Advanced Child Support Debt Legal Enforcement and support higher-risk accounts with statutory action, while staying calm and professional when handling confidential information and written correspondence. I also provide peer guidance on processes and legislative interpretation, and I contribute to team culture through consistent, empathetic communication.
