What I'm looking for

I'm looking to launch and scale digital products in fintech, using data, customer research, and experimentation to solve operational problems and deliver measurable financial outcomes.

At Tinkoff Bank, I build operational fintech products that improve customer and employee experiences. I reduced customer negativity by 47.9%, repeat contacts by 46%, and raised SLA compliance from 36% to 97% through redesigned workflows and urgent-case routing.

I use data analysis, customer interviews, logged behavior, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve processes. I’ve also led junior analysts and a project manager, standardized business-process development, and coordinated cross-functional teams at both Tinkoff Bank and KMGroup.
