At BrainRocket, I own product strategy and the roadmap for a real-money PvP mobile game. I use match and in-game economy data to inform balancing decisions and feature investment.
Also at BrainRocket, I authored BRDs for core gameplay initiatives, including match engine configuration, dynamic challenges, booster mechanics, and asynchronous match modes. I also owned requirements for back-office tooling and partnered with design on UX flows, UI specifications, and interactive prototypes.
At Intelligent Digital Technologies, I led the strategy, design, and release of payment and transaction features for an e-wallet platform. I also oversaw CRM and cashback integrations and coordinated UAT and QA.
At HSBC Bank Armenia, I managed delivery of internal and third-party integrated banking solutions, owning the backlog and supporting regulatory alignment. Earlier, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at HSBC Bank Armenia, responding to customer inquiries and maintaining support metrics reports.
