What I'm looking for

I'm interested in applying psychological principles to Human Resources, talent acquisition, and employee development, while helping people and organisations reach their full potential in supportive and inclusive environments.

I've supported safer online environments through content moderation, trust and safety, and identity verification work for Mayflower and TELUS.

At Mayflower, I review passports, national identity cards, and official documents for international clients, identifying potential fraud while meeting strict quality, productivity, turnaround-time, and accuracy requirements. At TELUS, I evaluated user-generated text, images, and videos against platform policies, making consistent and objective decisions in a fast-paced remote environment.

My psychology education and training in behavioural analysis, cognitive neuroscience, research methods, and ethical decision-making help me assess complex cases with care. I also bring customer-service experience from Turkish Airlines, where I resolved sensitive passenger requests with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
