What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in Virtual Production where I can drive real-time pipelines, mentor teams, and apply photogrammetry, AI tools and on-set workflows to deliver high-fidelity cinematic results.

I lead studio-level transitions to Virtual Production, establishing real-time asset workflows and shader libraries in Unreal Engine and integrating AI-driven tools to accelerate creative processes.

I own end-to-end 3D pipelines—from scan data processing, retopology and PBR texturing to VFX and final compositing in Nuke—and have executed large-scale environments using 3ds Max, Blender, Gaea, ZBrush and photogrammetry.

My on-set experience includes managing and optimising live virtual shoots, developing look-dev for key shots, and pioneering solutions such as Gaussian Splatting to push real-time visual fidelity while delivering cohesive, cinematic results.
