At Saro Agro-Allied Limited, I advised management on workforce planning and talent strategies while administering end-to-end payroll, benefits management, and compensation reviews.
I managed the employee lifecycle there, from recruitment and onboarding through performance and exits, and supported labour law compliance, policy development, and employee relations.
Earlier, at Saroafrica International Limited, I designed training programmes and performance management systems. I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Applied Economics at the University of Vienna.
