Lead HR for BioLife Europe covering around 1,000 employees at more than 30 sites in Austria, Czechia and Hungary. Manage a team of five, hold budget responsibility, and partner with European leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.

Supported an organization of 400–500 employees across multiple sites in Austria, leading local execution of global HR strategy and initiatives. Drove organizational transformation and partnered with managers on talent reviews and succession planning.
