I’m looking for an IT Support L1 role where I can deliver fast, accurate first-line helpdesk support, keep LAN/WAN network services reliable, and grow my ticketing and knowledge-base workflows while supporting end-users with zero-downtime mindset.

I’m an IT Support Technician targeting an IT Support L1 role in Nairobi or Nakuru. Over 6 months at Computer Pride Limited, I delivered zero unplanned downtime across a 50+ computer network through first-line helpdesk support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

I led a dual-ISP load-balancing project on MikroTik routers that eliminated single points of failure and materially improved network reliability. I also reduced repeat incidents by designing and maintaining an internal knowledge base, and improved end-user self-sufficiency through hands-on troubleshooting and networking fundamentals training.

I keep IT environments running smoothly by installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10/11 and Ubuntu Linux workstations, peripherals, printers, and network devices, while maintaining accurate asset tracking. As GDG on Campus Web Co-Lead, I trained student developers on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Django, Git, and GitHub, and I’m a fast learner who picks up new tools and ticketing systems quickly.
