I’m a technology and transformation executive who leads organizations through modernization, turnaround, and operational change across retail, utilities, enterprise software, and digital environments. I bring CTO and SVP leadership across the full transformation arc—diagnosing fragmented operations, rebuilding structure, and driving accountable execution that lasts beyond the mandate.

In recent roles, I’ve driven measurable outcomes while tightening how teams operate together: leading organizational realignment across a 100 to 150 person regional team, improving delivery performance, and reducing issue backlog by 25% to 50%. At Esprit, I owned a EUR 5M operating budget and led technology as a central lever through turnaround, global expansion, platform modernization, and business restructuring—contributing to two consecutive profitable years.

I’m especially known for translating business priorities into technology execution. I’ve delivered P&L and commercial accountability, including direct budget and margin ownership, forecast responsibility alongside sales, and investment accountability spanning product, professional services, customer operations, and business functions. I also bring experience assessing technology platforms for international private equity, supporting investment-grade due diligence.

AI-enabled change and practical delivery are core to how I operate.
