I lead international medical education initiatives for a global facial aesthetics organization, aligning clinical education, KOL engagement, faculty development, and operational delivery across diverse markets.

Previously, I directed global clinical education at the Australasian Academy of Dento-Facial Aesthetics for 13 years, leading 40+ clinical, education, and operational personnel across 10 countries. I built scalable clinician education systems, developed faculty and KOL networks, and supported adoption of new treatment workflows.

I also contribute to postgraduate education at Queen Mary University of London and King's College London, where I develop curriculum, blended-learning frameworks, and multidisciplinary faculty programs.

My background spans clinical dentistry, medical devices, healthcare operations, stakeholder engagement, and international market development across Europe, ANZ, Asia, and the Middle East.
