I’m looking to lead executive search end-to-end—working with stakeholders, running market mapping and multi-channel sourcing, and using AI-enabled tools to deliver tailored hiring outcomes in fast-paced environments.

I’m an experienced recruitment specialist focused on delivering executive KOPPOE searches, understanding the job market, and shaping how organizations attract talent. I build recruitment plans that drive engagement, partnering closely with clients to translate needs into clear hiring requirements.
